Don’t Be Afraid of AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) should be a resource accessible to all. I am often asked about the possibility of AI replacing the human role over time. As the answer to this question is complex, I usually respond with “it depends”.

Firstly, we need to define what “replacing the human role” means. If we interpret this as having a tool that works in conjunction with us, streamlining and simplifying repetitive tasks that, once established, become monotonous, then my answer is affirmative.

However, this does not necessarily imply the obsolescence of the human role. After all, we still hold the noblest part of any activity: the direction, the intellectual labor that leads, experiments, defines, and standardizes. In other words, the truly thinking part of the process will continue, if not forever, at least for a long time, under our responsibility.

Therefore, instead of fearing AI, we should embrace it as an ally that can help us perform tasks more efficiently, allowing us to focus on what really matters: creativity, innovation, and strategic decision-making. AI is not a threat, but a powerful tool that, if used correctly, can take us to new heights of productivity and achievement.
